Kamil Lalji

Born and raised in Calgary, Kamil has a long family history in real estate dating back three generations. He graduated from the University of Western Ontario with an undergraduate degree in Management and Organizational Studies and continued to further his formal education in Real Estate Valuation from UBC, along with countless additional certifications.

Kamil began practicing real estate with CIR Realty in 2005 and has successfully led a Top Producing team since 2007. An avid mentor in the industry, Kamil’s expertise spans an array of specialties, including property management, foreclosures, investment properties, residential development, project management, and commercial real estate, to name a few. He also manages 70 residential properties within the city and is an active member of the Calgary Inner City Builders Association.

As a recognized and respected leader in the field, Kamil has been able to strategically position himself within a vast network of local builders, agents, and other relevant real estate professionals, leveraging each of these relationships in order to best optimize value for both Buyers and Sellers. His excellent negotiation skills are further complemented by his ethics, honesty and integrity. 

A proven professional and a real estate investor himself, Kamil is a well rounded representative that brings knowledge and results to every single transaction. His use of cutting edge technology, along with firsthand experience buying, selling and building his own multifamily properties, enables him to confidently provide sellers and investors with the best consultation possible.
